Shopping at Woolarium

Buying from Us

At Woolarium, you can purchase yarns, buttons, knitting needles, crochet hooks, patterns and accessories. We source all our products from select Australian and international suppliers so that the highest quality materials are available to support your projects. All our products are available for purchase in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Delivery

We send all Australian orders over $100 for FREE by Australia Post standard parcel post.

Australia Post advises that their standard delivery is 5 days. However, orders are often received the next business day or two after we have posted it (and sometimes a little longer in regional locations).

Australia Post can occasionally experience delays for a range of reasons, so we suggest you allow up to 7 business days before you become too concerned. You can track the progress of your order through Australia Post. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a link, tracking your order via Australia Post's website.

If your order has still not arrived after this time, please contact us. If your parcel has been lost and cannot be tracked after 10 business days we will then replace it immediately.
